Police Clearance Certificates
If a person wishes to apply for a police clearance they can download the forms: http://www.police.lk/index.php/component/content/article/91
Applications should be forwarded through the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Manila
Requirements:
- Duly completed application in duplicate – (click to download)
- Sri Lanka National Identity Card
- Original birth certificate
- Passport bio page with two photocopies
- Fees – Php 750.00
All fees will be accepted only in pesos
